We are a charity supporting visually impaired users, older and disabled people, as well as their carers access the digital world.
We can help: Set up new technology; tablets, laptops, phones, instal new software or Apps, add a printer, connect to the internet. Trouble-shoot a tech problem; email not working? Internet lost? Connect with family and friends; Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime. Advise on what tech to choose, how to stay safe online Help to adjust your technology to make it easier to use.
If we don’t solve your problem immediately, we have free services available for further support: 300 tech volunteers for 1:1 tech support
