Our West Coast Main Line is designed to connect our customers. We want to make sure they can get to wherever they want to along the UK's West Coast. For our customers travelling with accessibility needs, we are focused on continually improving their experience travelling with Avanti West Coast.

_Be My Eyes connects blind and visually impaired people to Avanti West Coast employees who will virtually be able to “see” for them. _

These are the terms that explain how you can use our services, and they form a legal agreement between you and us.

When using this service:

• _You will ensure you are in a safe location at a station or onboard an Avanti West Coast train across the Avanti West Coast network. _
• _You will remain stationary. _
• Agents will not be able to navigate users around the station
• _Agents are able to describe the surroundings at stations and onboard Avanti West Coast trains across the Avanti West Coast network using the rear-facing camera on the user’s mobile. _
• _Descriptions of surroundings from agents may not be accurate due to distortions through the rear-facing mobile camera, so they should just be used as a rough guide. _
• _If staff are needed, agents will be able to get in contact with relevant in-person colleagues. The user must stay in the same position while staff members locate the user. _
• In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, your use of Be My Eyes is entirely at your own risk.
