Who we are: We are a volunteer-led movement of job creation for underrepresented communities in the workplace: the blind, the neurodivergent, refugees, black leaders, single mothers, and the formerly incarcerated.

Why: It fills a major gap in employment today where hundreds of millions of people are severely underserved. We are, and tap into, a growing community of activists who care to bring equity, diversity, and inclusion in this world.

How We offer a job site: www.blind.jobs (under construction) for employers to post their jobs and candidates to apply. We then coach the best-matched candidates and the hiring managers from the hiring process to long term happiness.
